The KPA Pneumatic Actuator is an actuator solution that converts compressed air energy into mechanical motion, enabling automatic valve control. It is commonly used with ball valves and butterfly valves, providing fast and reliable control in process lines.
The piston mechanism inside the actuator moves with compressed air and rotates the valve disc through the shaft connected to the valve stem. In this way, the valve opening and closing movement is performed in a short time with high precision.
KPA pneumatic actuators are available in double acting and spring return options to suit different applications. Thanks to their compact aluminum body structure, high torque output, and long service life, they are widely preferred in industrial automation systems.
In addition, the NAMUR mounting standard on the actuator allows easy installation of automation accessories such as solenoid valves, switch boxes, and positioners.
