a) Compliance with the Law and Rules of Good Faith:

According to our principle known as the Maximum Data Minimization Rules, the data received by Keydal Teknik is processed into the system only to the extent necessary. Any additional data received by the company is similarly transferred to the company’s information systems. Excessive data is not recorded in the system. Deletion of Personal Data
In accordance with the law, once the retention periods required by law, the conclusion of judicial processes, or other requirements have been fulfilled, these data are automatically or upon the request of the data subject, deleted by our company.

Data Collection and Processing in Contractual Relationship
When a contractual relationship is established with our customers and potential customers, the personal data collected may be used without the need for the customer’s explicit consent. This use is in line with the purpose of the contract. Data is used only to the extent necessary for the service and, when required, is updated through communication with the customers. Personal data provided by the customer to Keydal Teknik is processed to offer more efficient and quality services. If no contractual relationship has been established upon request, these data will be deleted.
Business and Solution Partners’ Data
