What is a Scotch Yoke Pneumatic Actuator?
KEYDAL Scotch Yoke Pneumatic Actuator is a type of actuator developed for the automatic control of rotary valves, designed to provide high torque output and durability. Thanks to the Scotch Yoke mechanism, it offers an ideal solution for applications requiring reliable torque distribution. It delivers effective performance especially in the on/off control of equipment such as butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers, industrial flaps, and plug valves. The body of the KEYDAL scotch yoke actuator is made of corrosion-resistant alloy aluminum and is available in both double-acting and spring return configurations. It is also compatible with positioners for precise positioning applications. The ISO 5211 mounting flange allows easy integration with different types of valves. Accessory connections are manufactured according to VDI/VDE 3845 standards, ensuring compatibility across products.

Torque: Depending on control pressure and type. Operating temperature: -20℃~+80℃ Pressure: 2-8 bar. Working environment: Filtered, dry or lubricated compressed air. Dew point of the compressed air should comply with (ISO 8573-1:2010, Class 3) ≤ -20℃ or 10℃ below the ambient temperature. According to (ISO 8573-1:2010, Class 5), the maximum particle size must not exceed 40 µm.
